Your catalogs stay private.

Sheet2Store is operated by AGI Solutions, LLC. We process account details, supplier files, conversion settings and purchase records to provide this service.

Uploaded files

Free-preview files expire after 24 hours. Paid catalogs and exports are available for seven days. You can delete a catalog earlier from your account. Expired files become inaccessible immediately and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Backup copies, where enabled, expire within the retention period documented for the deployment.

Processing providers

Hosting and optional assisted extraction and translation use Microsoft Azure. When assisted processing is used, the relevant catalog text is sent to the configured Azure AI service. Payment details are collected by Stripe. Sheet2Store does not store card numbers. If you choose Google sign-in, Google Firebase authenticates you and we store your verified email and Firebase user identifier. We do not store your Google password or use Firebase Analytics.

Account and service records

We store your email, a salted password hash (if you set a password), verification state and order records. If you pay without an account, we create one for the email address you give Stripe and send you a single-use sign-in link. We use a necessary session cookie for sign-in and upload ownership. Usage counters measure conversion steps without catalog text or product details. We do not publish uploaded files.

Your choices

Upload only documents you are entitled to process. Contact theagisolutions@gmail.com for account-access, deletion or privacy requests. Billing records may need to be retained after catalog deletion.
