What the checker looks at
- SKU on every row, no duplicates
- EAN/UPC product IDs with a valid check digit that match their ID type
- Brand on every row
- Item name on every row, up to 200 characters
- Prices filled in and readable as numbers
- Stock as a whole number
- Every child row points to a parent SKU in the file
- First image filled in
How to use it
- Fill in the template you downloaded from Amazon (or the file Sheet2Store made).
- Upload it here as XLSX or CSV.
- Fix the rows we list, check again, then import it into Amazon.
Passed the check but still rejected?
The checker covers the core columns listed above. Category attributes, such as material or pattern values, are checked by Amazon itself when you upload; its upload report names the row and column.
