Get a clean first import.
1. Prepare the source
Use a readable PDF price table, a UTF-8 CSV or an XLSX workbook with one visible product sheet. Include a title and a supplier price. Copy spreadsheet formulas as values. Keep identifiers such as SKUs and barcodes as text. Headings in English, Turkish and Arabic are recognized, as are Arabic-Indic digits.
2. Choose where you will import
Pick Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, noon, Salla, Zid, Trendyol or Hepsiburada. The review screen then checks that platform’s rules, for example a barcode and brand for every Trendyol variant, or an EAN/UPC for Amazon.
3. Confirm the mapping
Choose the correct price column, source currency and number format. If a value such as 1,250 could mean either 1.250 or 1250, explicitly select comma or dot decimals.
4. Review variants
A parent or model column groups related variants. Without one, exact product titles are used and flagged for review. Each listed size/color combination becomes one variant. Missing combinations are never invented.
5. Check your prices
Markup is added to supplier cost: a cost of 100 with 40% markup becomes 140. Add VAT when your store shows prices with VAT included. When currencies differ, enter and confirm your exchange rate. The source cost stays visible in the Excel review file.
6. Import a few products first
Shopify: Products → Import; keep “Overwrite products with matching handles” off. WooCommerce: Products → Import; keep “Update existing products” unchecked. Salla: Products → Import products; set stock after import. Zid: Products → Import products → Add new products. Trendyol: download your category template (Product → Bulk product operations → Product entry) and paste the columns from the Sheet2Store file. Amazon: Catalog → Add products via upload; paste the columns into your product-type template. Hepsiburada: download your category template from bulk product upload and paste the columns. noon: Catalog → Add Products → Create Multiple Products; paste the Products sheet, then import prices and stock.
