What this converter does
PDF to Shopify CSV Converter
Use a PDF with selectable text and clear product tables. Sheet2Store reads product rows, keeps source references and lets you choose the correct price column. Repeated headings and incomplete rows can require review. Check the coverage notes before exporting; this tool does not turn scanned pages into product data.
What makes a PDF suitable?
Start with a supplier price list that lets you select and copy the product text. A readable table with a product name, a product code and one price per variant is the clearest input. Sheet2Store reads text-based tables first and can use assisted extraction for other readable layouts when that service is connected. A photograph of a price list, a scanned brochure or a password-protected file needs preparation before it can be converted.
Keep each price connected to its product
Some suppliers print a retail price beside a wholesale price. Others show a carton price instead of the price for one item. Use the column mapping screen to select the value you actually want to mark up. Check the unit against the source document; the converter cannot decide whether you intend to sell a carton, a pair or an individual item.

From PDF to your first draft import
Upload the file, inspect the free sample and confirm the columns. Set your selling currency and markup. After unlocking full processing, compare flagged prices and SKUs to their source-page references, correct the rows and download the Shopify CSV. The output sets products to draft and keeps them unpublished. Import a few products first and inspect their variants in Shopify before importing the entire file.
If your supplier can send a spreadsheet, the Excel converter avoids the extra ambiguity of a PDF layout. Check an existing export with the free CSV checker.

FAQ
Questions before your first import
Will Sheet2Store change my live store?
No store connection is required. Download the CSV and import it yourself as draft products. Test a small sample and leave overwriting existing products disabled.
Can it take product photos from my supplier’s PDF?
Yes. Photos placed next to products in a text-based PDF are extracted, matched to their products and added to your import file as image links hosted by Sheet2Store, so your store can download them during import. Image links already in your file are kept. Scanned, image-only PDFs are not supported yet.
What if my full file cannot be converted?
Unsupported files are rejected before checkout when possible. If full processing fails after payment, we refund the single conversion or restore the bundle credit.
Can I change currency and selling prices?
Yes. Choose source and selling currencies, enter and confirm your exchange rate, and add a markup. Review all prices and your Shopify store currency before importing.
Can it write product titles and descriptions?
Yes. It turns supplier shorthand into store titles and short descriptions in your store’s language, using only the facts in your file: no invented materials, sizes or claims. It’s free for your 5 preview products, included for every product once you unlock the catalog, and you can undo it.
My supplier sent a new price list. Do I convert everything again?
No. Upload your store export and the new list: Sheet2Store matches products by barcode, SKU or name, shows every price and stock change, and gives you an update file with only the changed rows, plus new products separately. Each update is $9.
