What this converter does
Excel to WooCommerce CSV Converter
Upload an XLSX workbook with one visible product sheet or a CSV. Map supplier headings to product names, prices, SKUs, colors and sizes. Rows that share a model or parent column are grouped into one variable product with its variations. The output is a CSV for WooCommerce’s product importer plus a review workbook.
Map supplier columns once
Upload an XLSX workbook with one visible product sheet, or a CSV. Sheet2Store suggests a mapping for common headings in English and Turkish, such as Product name, Item code, Wholesale price, Colour, Size, Ürün Adı or Stok Kodu, and you can change any of them. Up to 500 variant rows and 50 columns per file.
Prices, currencies and variations
Choose the supplier currency and your store currency, enter and confirm your exchange rate, and set a markup on cost (a cost of 100 with a 40% markup becomes 140). Rows that share a model or parent value become one variable product with Color and Size attributes and one variation per row. Missing option values, duplicate SKUs and duplicate combinations are flagged so they can be fixed before the export.

Import into WooCommerce
Download the WooCommerce CSV (and the review Excel file if you want your source costs beside the selling prices). Import it from Products → All Products → Import with “Update existing products” unchecked. Products arrive as drafts. The WooCommerce CSV template shows every column the export uses.

Questions before your first import
Will Sheet2Store change my live store?
No store connection is required. Download the CSV and import it yourself as draft products. Test a small sample and leave overwriting existing products disabled.
Can I convert a scanned PDF or extract photos?
This release supports readable text-based product tables. Scanned PDFs and embedded photos are not supported. Public image URLs supplied in your file can be included.
What if my full file cannot be converted?
Unsupported files are rejected before checkout when possible. If full processing fails after payment, we refund the single conversion or restore the bundle credit.
Can I change currency and selling prices?
Yes. Choose source and selling currencies, enter and confirm your exchange rate, and add a markup. Review all prices and your Shopify store currency before importing.
