Which platform is the file for?

What the checker looks at

  • SKU on every row, no duplicates
  • Products with has_variants = Yes followed by their variant rows
  • Prices filled in and readable as numbers
  • Stock as a whole number
  • has_variants and published set to Yes or No
  • First image filled in

How to use it

  1. Fill in the template you downloaded from Zid (or the file Sheet2Store made).
  2. Upload it here as XLSX or CSV.
  3. Fix the rows we list, check again, then import it into Zid.

Passed the check but still rejected?

The checker covers the core columns listed above. Category attributes, such as material or pattern values, are checked by Zid itself when you upload; its upload report names the row and column.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes, it is free and needs no sign-up.

Do you keep my file?

No. The file is read in memory, checked and discarded; it is never written to disk.

Which files can I check?

XLSX or CSV files up to 5 MB and 5,000 rows. Save old .xls files as XLSX first.

Does a clean result mean my products will be approved?

No. It means the core columns are in order; Zid still checks category attributes and content rules.

Can Sheet2Store fix the errors?

If the file comes from a supplier price list, the converter builds a clean Zid file from it and checks every row before you download.
