What this converter does
PDF to WooCommerce CSV Converter
Use a PDF with selectable text and clear product tables. Sheet2Store reads product rows, keeps source references and prepares a CSV for WooCommerce’s built-in product importer. Color and size variants become variable products with one variation per variant, linked by a parent SKU. Scanned pages are not supported.
From PDF price list to WooCommerce import
Upload a supplier PDF whose text you can select. Sheet2Store reads the product tables page by page, keeps a page reference on every row and shows you the first five rows free. Readable pages without a detectable table can use assisted extraction; every extracted price and SKU is checked against the page text and flagged when it doesn’t match exactly. Scanned pages are not supported.
How rows become WooCommerce products

Every product is written with Published set to -1, so it arrives in WooCommerce as a draft.
Before you import
Compare flagged rows with their page references, confirm the coverage notes, then download the WooCommerce CSV. In WordPress go to Products → All Products → Import, leave “Update existing products” unchecked and check the column mapping. If your WooCommerce version leaves the GTIN column on “Do not import”, map it by hand. Import a few products first. The variable products guide explains the file in detail.

Questions before your first import
Will Sheet2Store change my live store?
No store connection is required. Download the CSV and import it yourself as draft products. Test a small sample and leave overwriting existing products disabled.
Can I convert a scanned PDF or extract photos?
This release supports readable text-based product tables. Scanned PDFs and embedded photos are not supported. Public image URLs supplied in your file can be included.
What if my full file cannot be converted?
Unsupported files are rejected before checkout when possible. If full processing fails after payment, we refund the single conversion or restore the bundle credit.
Can I change currency and selling prices?
Yes. Choose source and selling currencies, enter and confirm your exchange rate, and add a markup. Review all prices and your Shopify store currency before importing.
